Pen-to-PC Technology
If given a choice, which would you choose for medical charting?
Pen or
PC?
If you answered pen, then the latest digital technology to arrive in healthcare
document management is here, and it’s now available exclusively from GR
Medical Management, Inc. Designed especially for those healthcare providers
who prefer pen and paper, this new digital Pen-to-PC technology will soon become
the standard for medical charting in all types of practices, especially when
the comfort of an office with a computer terminal is not always available. The
system sports the latest cutting-edge technology…and lo and behold…it’s “pen
and paper”! The system is comprised of two key components – a
Logitech io2 digital pen that captures your handwritten information, converts
them to text, and exports them to word-processing or e-mail programs, and Rxpaper,
which is smart paper that lets you instantly get digital copies of documents
- seconds after you write on them! Each sheet of Rxpaper is pre-printed
with a unique microscopic pattern of dots which enables handwriting to be recorded
and transferred to your computer with a digital pen. To use it, you simply
load your printer with Rxpaper, print your documents or forms with existing applications,
and write with a digital pen. Dock the pen in its cradle when you're
finished, and you'll be presented with a crystal clear PDF copy of the document.
The Power of the Pen…

Meets the Power of the Paper!
If you know how to print a document and write with a pen, you already know how to use Rxpaper.
