Job Description:
Account Manager
Responsibilities:
• Provide client services ensuring client satisfaction through negotiation and problem solving skills
• Responsible for all aspects of client relations management, including cultivation, administration and maintenance of the client relationship.
• Serving in a strategic and consultative role to clients implementing and maintaining services
Requirements:
• Strong coding & reimbursement skills, preferably, in Orthopedics, Neurology, Rehabilitation, Occupational Medicine, Pain Management, etc.
• Strong supervisory skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong auditing and compliance skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects with long timelines and many components
• Customer Service/Account Management at the professional/executive level
• Excellent attention to detail, strong listening skills, and analytical approach to problem resolution.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint)
Education:
• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business or a related field
• Eight (8) years verifiable medical office experience in billing or insurance background experience, and three (3) years verifiable supervisory or management experience
• Coding Certification Preferable
